            On Wednesday, January 8th of 2014, around or about 6:45 pm, Multi-Generation American and Long Time Alaskan, Richard L. Robinson died in his home at 1730 Persinger Dr. in North Pole, Alaska.  The cause of death is being classified as a possible heart attack but we are not ruling out foul play that may have induced it or labeled it that way.  Richard L. Robinson was not only a Crucial, Key Element Witness in our Civil Litigations & Criminal Prosecutions Operations, he was also a Victim of Terrorist Attacks Against American Citizens - and the timeframe, scene and setting of his death was far too convenient for Al-Qaeda and their operatives in America; laced with coincidence here, there and everywhere … and there is no such thing as “coincidence” to a good detective.

 

The death of Richard L. Robinson at this crucial timeframe is a major aggravator in our criminal prosecutions against The State of Alaska and it’s politicians at the helm, the Alaska State Troopers, Anchorage Police Department and other Alaska law enforcement agencies, Providence Hospital, Valley Hospital, Fairbanks Memorial Hospital, F.B.I., State Ombudsman, Human Rights Commission and other agencies, entities and persons because Richard L. Robinson was supposed to be, and should have been, fully interviewed and interrogated long years ago … immediately following our first filing of major criminal charges against A.P.D., Sisters of Providence Hospital in Anchorage, Alaska and all persons involved in the crimes against humanity and gross human rights violations they committed; Case # 04-30221 details: http://www.care2.com/c2c/share/detail/282138 - filed on or about June 22, 2004 when we were told that detectives from internal affairs would be sent out to the family’s residence at 1730 Persinger Dr. in North Pole, Alaska to collect evidence, interview witnesses, the victim (Russell Richard Robinson), etc … However, said detectives never showed, never called and never did the job they are paid by society to do.

 

Due to the State of Alaska’s Gross Criminal Negligence, Conspiracy to Obstruct Justice, Conspiracy to Interfere with or Impede A Criminal Investigation, etc … Richard L. Robinson took vital information and evidence to the grave with him.  While he did share with his son, Russell Richard Robinson, many of the secrets he kept and much of the information he held in store … there is still much more that has now died with him.  Yes, the death of Richard L. Robinson is an extreme aggravator to say the least …

More accurately stated … his death is a game changer … whether foul play is involved or not!

 

It’s an understatement to say Richard L. Robinson’s death is a tragedy because in these critical times we’ve been working so hard, for so long, to find mitigators in the very serious criminal prosecutions of terribly heinous crimes and after a decade straight of checkmate with our investigations running the guilty to the ground in nearly every Alaskan town … aggravators are everywhere … attack after attack, they just keep attacking … we’ve not been able to unearth a single mitigator … not a single municipality or mayor, not a single news media outlet … has ever stepped up to the plate to swing the bat straight.

 

Where is The LOVE ???  The question, and the test, is always: Where is The LOVE?  It seems they have no love and have, thus, failed the test and answered the question.  Is there any HEART, at all, in

“The Golden Heart City”?  Other municipalities have already failed the test … what will this one do?
