Investigation To Secure My Nation Foundation Marshal Joe (a.k.a. Russell
Richard Robinson) Re: Date: Around or about 5:10pm Monday
evening of March 31, 2014 – at or near the Heating Oil pumps of Riverview
Quick Stop off Badger Rd in North Pole, Alaska - the Alaska State Troopers
responded to yet another “Telephone Attack” (in a long history, and series of
thousands, of these “Telephone Attacks”) against Marshal Joe (a.k.a. Russell
Richard Robinson) as he was just finished getting Heating Oil … when
employee(s) of Riverview committed the crimes of willingly participating or
actively engaging in a criminal conspiracy to commit; making false reports,
making false accusations, making false statements, lying to police, etc …
running another one of their famous “Trespass Attacks” in the “Business
Attack” element of their criminal conspiracy to attack Marshal Joe. Responding Trooper K. Mulvaney was
very disrespectful and harassing towards Marshal Joe and did not explain
exactly what the female employee “911 caller” said, but there was a
discriminatory reference made about “Pan-Handling” and then he asked the
woman; “did you want him trespassed from here?” and she responded; “yes”. Marshal Joe advised the trooper and the
woman of the crimes they were committing by attacking him and was writing
down the troopers name, badge #450, and incident info as the trooper invited
Marshal Joe to take his picture if he liked and then, in almost the same
breath, he told Marshal Joe he had to leave immediately, then threatened to
arrest The Marshal if he did not leave in 30 seconds … so The Marshal
hurriedly put his notebook stuff away in his computer case, started his 1984
Honda Big Red 3-wheeler and drove out of Riverview Quick Stop’s parking lot
with the Gas & Heating Oil he just purchased from said business … thank
you very much … Now, it needs to be stated
here that Marshal Joe is a very serious man with a very serious job. He is in command of global operations and
the “Point Man” conducting an orchestra in a symphony of the major
international criminal investigation to secure this nation (of which;
Riverview Quick Stop, it’s ownership and employees are all under direct
investigation - now they’re busted) … and these people keep disrespecting him
and discriminating against him with this “Pan-Handling” stereotype label …
like he’s some kind of worthless scum or human trash; which is slanderous,
defaming of his character and a crime of discrimination in and of itself on many
levels. Marshal Joe is not a
“Pan-Handler” nor was he “Pan-Handling”; he doesn’t ask anybody for anything,
nor do his signs ask for anything from anyone. Marshal Joe was conducting
investigation operations with communication signs (HOW MANY PEOPLE DISRESPECTIN’
ME & THIS COMMUNITY IS A DISGRACE, etc.) posting/serving/circulating
legal notice of criminal investigation in a conspicuous place (a requirement
of law) off the side of Badger Rd. in the vicinity of (not on the property
of) Riverview Quick Stop, “Flagging” the business for our investigators and
as it happens … he even … “Flushed-Out” their attack, thus proving their
guilt in the criminal conspiracy. Sometime before 5pm, while
The Marshal was doing his job, a woman approached him and offered to fill one
of his cans for him, but it turns out she was a Riverview employee trying to
bribe Marshal Joe into leaving from the area because she said; “I’ll fill one
of your cans for you but then I need you to move on, I can’t have you out
here” … Marshal responded by declining her offer with her conditional bribery
clause; advising this is public area and a “conspicuous place” (as required
by law) to post/serve/circulate Notice of Criminal Investigation, served her
a copy and she left. Then they set the
stage for the “Trespass Attack” (as soon as Marshal Joe went there to get
fuel) … and, thus, laid the foundation for future attacks where their
operatives get The Marshal arrested and taken to jail any time they want with
whatever lie they tell.
